Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.

This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solutions division in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Ensuring compliance with standard ABB internal directives and procedure, relevant cyber security regulations, standards, and contractual requirements

• Conducting analysis of planned versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project Planning & Controls Manager

• Communicating appropriate information to project stakeholders

• Defining and applying basic project planning techniques on ongoing projects and driving the updating process

• Coordinating with related project members in planning and control requirements.

Qualifications for the role

• You enjoy working with project management in switchgear market
• You have 5 to 8 years of experience in end to end project lifecycle management, from kick off to project delivery
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of all MV products including Switchgear, RMU, Substation Automation, and Protection Relays
• You enjoy engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, preparing and reviewing design drawings, monitoring manufacturing progress, performing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and managing warranty issues
• Bachelor's of Science (BSc) in Electrical or Electronic
