Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Grain Trader to join our team at DSL's Chittagong office. This individual will play a crucial role in our commodities trading division, specializing in oilseed, wheat, and lentils. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in trading grains and coordinating shipments to contribute to DSL's continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct trading activities in oilseed, wheat, and lentil markets, optisizing profitability and mitigating risk.
2.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, buyers, and other stakeholders.
3.Coordinate with DSL's Australian offices to procure agricultural products directly from farmers and ensure seamless transportation to Bangladesh.
4.Collaborate with international and domestic logistics teams to coordinate shipments, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
Monitor market trends and conditions, analyzing data to make informed trading decisions.
5.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in grain trading, with a focus on oilseed, wheat, and lentils.
2.Proven track record of success in commodities trading, including risk management and profitability optimization.
3.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical abilities, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
4.Familiarity with international trade regulations and logistics processes.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and trading platforms.
5.Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
