About the role

Reckitt is seeking a hands-on experienced EHS Manager who can bring innovation and safety skill to our Chittagong manufacturing site. In this role, you'll guide your team develop and supervise the Environmental, H&S program & culture in Chittagong factory. Are you ready to step into a role where your technical flair meets leadership? Your responsibilities

- Ensure safe environment all over Chittagong factory. 
- Ensure the smooth operation of Effluent treatment plant.
- Maintain Global Safety & Environmental standards and audit requirement.
- Ensure local Safety and Environmental standard as per Bangladesh legal norm
- Plan, organize and facilitate training on all EHS standard to employee and contractor
- Ensuring safety equipment and their maintenance all over the RB installation
- Develop a system to aware/intimation of safety issues to all concern
- Upgradation of operation of effluent treatment plant
- Report all safety and environmental data
- Investigate all incident and accident
- Drive safety upgradation project
- Ensure PTW, LOTO, safe working procedure, HIRA, Method of statement and compliance of that activities.
- Drive EHS internal auditing system
- Ensure ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 requirements
- Cooperate the other department to improve the safety culture
- Drive EHS campaign

The education background & experience we're looking for

- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Environment, Health & Safety. 
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical Engineering. 
- Having any relevant professional degree in EHS will be considered as an additional advantage. 
- Practical knowledge on firefighting, safety, internal audit, safety audit.
- Good Leadership and Interpersonal Skills.
