Job Responsibilities:
Plan and Supervise, Develop, and Implement strategic plans to optimize machinery performance, minimize downtime, and enhance overall productivity. Coordinate with other dept. & ensure smooth operation of the plant;
Ensure Preventive Maintenance and Operational activities maintenance of the Generator, 11KV Substation, switchgear, Boiler, Air Compressor, DWP, Motor, Inverter, Air Conditioning, Steam line and Compressed Air, FDS, Fire Hydrant and Pump controlling;
To handle all kinds of safety audits (RSC, Nirapon), social audits and prepare electrical/Fire safety CAP and update accordingly as per requirements. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices to create a safe working environment;
To Communicate and take responsibility of all Government Authority for License/Clearance Certificates of Generator, Boiler, and Environment NOC from DoE;
Proven experience in Maintenance and Project management, Compliance Knowledge, BNBC, NFPA, LEED Certification, Higg, BMS, 5S, Occupational Safety and Health;
Requisite knowledge of all types of Drawings like SLD, ELD, Lightning Protection System (LPS), and Various tests such as Electrical Load Measurement Programs, IR, ER Tests, and Environmental Test;
Evaluate Staff performance, Motivation, Incentive planning, disciplinary matters and training needs, KPI analysis, Skill Matrix of Departmental Staffs;
Estimation, Requisition placement, and co-ordinate with the procurement department for the required materials. Submit Quarterly budget for the Department;
Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement, Energy Savings, CO2 Reduction Plan;
Develop the project plan, Gantt chart, and budget, and track progress against the plan. Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including the overseas client, sub-contractors, and team members;
Manage all aspects of LEED and MEP installations of the project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards;
To ensure and take responsibility for departmental personnel safety training, technical skill development training, Environmental awareness training and to ensure and take responsibility for RSC, Nirapon 2.0, Nirapon 90-days submission, and other Social Compliance audits in the subject of Electrical, Structural, and Fire Detection systems;
Any other task assigned by management.
