SQA Engineer

Responsibilities & Context

Collaborate with developers to identify and report defects in a timely manner for fintech products.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency using Appium, Selenium, Rest Assured, and PostMan.

Perform regular Regression Testing, ReTesting, Integration Testing, System Testing, and UAT

Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Review and maintain functional and technical documentation related to fintech products.

Utilize Grafana K6 and other performance testing tools to verify the performance and scalability.

Utilize JIRA and other bug-tracking tools to track and manage defects and issues.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to software testing standards and procedures.

Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, techniques, and trends in the fintech industry.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior members of the SQA team.

Participate in review meetings to provide feedback on software design and functionality in the context of financial services.
