Job Responsibilities:

Reach the zonal goal both in terms of volume and units.

Ensure to achieve all time-based goals for the best result.

Ensure and check dealer stock with matching the stock time to time monitor the activities of the field officers and dealers.

Visit the market with field officer as per mentioned route in KPI Keep track of the dealers and field officers daily accomplishments and overall activity.

Ensure dealer ROI and on time DO placement Check accurately attendance of the field officers.

Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies.

Implement the merchandising activities by the field officers in the market place.

Make sure all primary sales' receivables and credits are realized 100% on time.

Train the Representatives for improving their product knowledge and professional skill development.

Ensure effective communication with upward (management) and downward (FO/ Sub-dealer/Dealer).

Arrange feedback for the management regarding competitor's activities.
