Job Context

Bumbellbee Limited is a subsidiary of Bashundhara Group under Sector - B, is looking for some competent candidates for the Position of "Assistant Executive - Salesâ.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients and sales deals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products/services.

Explore new scope of sales and arrange promotional activities.

Manage social media platforms on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, digital marketing campaigns and YouTube marketing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

Initiate innovative marketing strategic plans to increase business turnover and discuss with the top management for implementation of those strategies.

Visit the field and survey the customer.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets.

Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the sales manager.

Education

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience

1 to 3 years

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Insurance, Advertising Agency, Satellite TV

Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

Age at least 23 years

Work experience in the Satellite Cable TV/Advertise firm/ Insurance Company sector will be an added advantage.

Good command in both English and Bangla.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close sales deals effectively.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Should be acquainted with Bashundhara Residential Area.
