Qualifications
* Has a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the garment industry
* Has intermediate level English ability
* Is willing to work overtime if required by the company
* Has at least a senior high school education

Duties/Responsibilities
1. Inspect garments: Inspect the garments at different stages of production, including pre-production, during production, and post-production. Check for defects such as incorrect stitching, color inconsistencies, fabric flaws, and sizing issues.
2. Perform quality tests: Conduct various quality tests, such as shrinkage and colorfastness tests, to ensure that the garments meet the required standards.
3. Record and report defects: Document any defects found during the inspection process and report them to the relevant parties, such as production managers and quality control supervisors.
4. Provide feedback: Provide feedback to the production team on any quality issues and suggest solutions to improve the quality of the garments.
5. Maintain records: Maintain records of quality checks performed, defects found, and solutions implemented to improve the quality of the garments.
6. Collaborate with other colleagues: Collaborate with other colleagues to ensure that the garments meet the required specifications and standards.
